# 金管總局約談攜程高德等六家出行平台 要求規範營銷行為

> 國家金融監管總局近日約談了攜程、高德地圖等六家出行平台，要求其規範與金融機構的借貸業務營銷行為，禁止誤導性宣傳，清晰披露貸款信息，並提升服務質量，保障消費者權益。

國家金融監管總局近日聯合市監總局及人民銀行，對包括攜程 (09961.HK)、高德地圖、同程旅行 (00780.HK)、飛豬旅行、航旅縱橫、去哪兒旅行等六家出行平台企業進行約談。

針對上述企業在與金融機構合作開展借貸業務中存在的問題，要求其規範營銷行為，不得使用誤導性宣傳用語。同時要求其清晰披露貸款機構名稱及信貸產品信息，向借款人明確提示理性借貸；暢通客户投訴渠道，及時回應並妥善處理消費糾紛，着力提升服務品質，切實保障消費者合法權益。
