# 《大行》花旗降美團目標價至 94 元 去年核心本地商業經營虧損勝預期

> 花旗研究報告指出，美團預計 2025 年核心本地商業經營虧損為 68 億至 70 億元，低於市場預期的 73 億。2026 年總收入預計增長 9.1% 至 3,990 億元，但低於市場預期的 4,110 億元。由於阿里巴巴和抖音的競爭加劇，花旗維持美團「中性」評級，並將目標價下調至 94 港元。

花旗研究報告指，美團 (03690.HK) 發盈警預期 2025 年核心本地商業 (CLC) 經營虧損為 68 億至 70 億元人民幣 (下同)，好過該行及市場預期的 73 億及 79 億元，反映去年第四季虧損略勝預期。國際財務報告準則淨虧損約 233 億至 243 億元，高於該行預期的 227 億元，但大致符合市場預期。

至於 2026 年，該行料總收入按年增長 9.1% 至 3,990 億元，低過市場預期的 4,110 億元；經調整淨虧損為 139 億元，相較於市場預期淨利潤為 46 億元，當中 CLC 業務及新業務虧損分別為 51 億及 88 億元。

基於阿里巴巴 (09988.HK) 目標進一步爭奪外賣及即時零售市場份額，加上抖音在到店業務方面的競爭可能加劇，該行認為美團在出現轉機前或將面臨更多挑戰；維持「中性」評級，目標價由 115 港元下調至 94 港元。
