# The "Hong Kong Property" Central and Western District financial budget will actively introduce measures to assist citizens in property ownership

Centaline Property has fully launched its market. The bank pointed out that a small spring in the property market appeared earlier this year in January, and they feel optimistic about the future market. Currently, various new projects are preparing to go on sale after the Lunar New Year, anticipating that the government will announce a new fiscal budget next week, with expectations that authorities will actively introduce measures to boost the economy and assist citizens in purchasing properties, which is expected to further enhance the property market. Centaline anticipates that after the long holiday of the Lunar New Year, the overall property market will gradually warm up starting next week, and the trading atmosphere will continue to be prosperous.

Centaline Group CEO Shih Chun-Yung and Centaline Property Asia Pacific Chairman and CEO Wong Wai-Hung distributed "red envelopes" to the logistics colleagues at the headquarters, along with various frontline and logistics staff from different branches, with the company distributing approximately 5,200 "red envelopes" this year
