The Nigerian Stock Exchange All Share Index rose 0.99%, nearing 19,500 points, setting a new closing historical high for three consecutive trading days, with a cumulative increase of 6.95% for the week. This week, the Mauritius Stock Exchange SEMDEX Index (over four trading days) increased by 0.18%, while the Nairobi Stock Exchange All Share Index in Kenya fell by 3.14%
