# 京東物流於嘉定投用上海首個智狼倉  效率提升逾三倍

> 京東物流在上海嘉定區設立的首個智狼倉已正式投入使用。該倉庫總投資數千萬元人民幣，佔地超過 3,000 平方米，利用機械人密集作業與智能系統調度，出庫效率提升逾三倍。通過立體化及高密度改造，儲存效率提升四倍，揀貨準確率高達 99.99%，單均處理成本降低超過一半。

上海市嘉定區公佈，京東物流 (02618.HK) 近日在京東亞洲一號上海嘉定物流園二區設立的首個智狼倉已正式投入使用，該倉庫總投資達數千萬元人民幣，佔地超過 3,000 平方米，通過機械人密集作業與智能系統調度，令出庫效率提升逾三倍。

據指，該智狼倉透過對貨架進行立體化及高密度的改造，大幅提升單位面積儲存能力，儲存效率提升四倍，在飛梯機械人及搬運機械人的雙機協同下，倉庫的入庫效率、整體揀貨及出庫效率較傳統倉庫提升超三倍。目前出庫員的體力勞動工作改由機械人承擔，可專注於核心揀選操作，預料一名操作員可同時處理 30 個格口的貨箱，每小時輕鬆完成超 300 件貨物揀選，揀選準確率高達 99.99%，單均處理成本降低超過一半。
