本地傳媒引述消息指，新地 (00016.HK) 郭氏家族成員本月初斥 1.8 億元購入南區 SHOUSON PEAK 一幢獨立屋，尺價 5 萬元。該洋房實用面積 3,600 平方尺，連 750 平方尺平台及 1,138 平方尺花園，尺價 5 萬元，並獲發展商代繳樓價 4.25% 的印花税，涉及税額 765 萬元。

SHOUSON PEAK 提供 31 幢獨立屋，與上述洋房毗鄰的一幢獨立屋，實用面積 3,603 平方尺，連 750 平方尺平台及 1,138 平方尺花園，2016 年中以近 2.65 億元售出，尺價 73,485 元，郭氏家族成員入市尺價較之低 32%。
