# 匯控：2026 至 2028 年目標平均有型股本回報率達 17%

> 匯控宣佈，目標在 2026 至 2028 年期間實現平均有形股本回報率 17%。集團預計 2028 年收入較 2027 年增長 5%，股息派付比率目標維持在 50%。預計 2026 年銀行業務淨利息收益至少為 450 億美元，信貸損失準備佔貸款總額約 40 個基點。普通股權一級資本比率目標維持在 14% 至 14.5% 之間。

匯控 (00005.HK) 宣佈，目標是 2026、2027 及 2028 年的平均有形股本回報率達到 17%，甚至更高 (不計及須予注意項目)。此項經修訂目標反映集團盈利呈增長趨勢，以及在策略執行方面進展理想。

集團將會以 2026 至 2028 年收入按年增長為目標，力求 2028 年的收入較 2027 年增長 5%(不計及須予注意項目並按固定匯率基準計算)。2026、2027 及 2028 年的股息派付比率目標基準維持在 50%。目標基準派付比率乃按每股盈利 (不計及重大須予注意項目及相關影響) 的百分比計算。

就 2026 年，根據目前對政策利率的預期，集團預計銀行業務淨利息收益最少達到 450 億美元。預期信貸損失準備佔貸款總額平均值的百分比約為 40 個基點。中期而言，將維持該百分比於 30 至 40 基點的計劃範圍。力求把目標基準營業支出的增幅維持約 1%。

集團擬繼續將普通股權一級資本比率的中期目標範圍維持在 14% 至 14.5% 之間。由於私有化恒生銀行對 2026 年 1 月的普通股權一級資本產生 110 個基點淨影響，資本比率於 2026 年 1 月可能跌至低於集團目標範圍。
