# According to reports, Bolttech is acquiring MoneyHero

According to a report by Bloomberg citing sources, Bolttech, an insurtech startup under Li Ka-shing's Horizons Ventures, is negotiating to acquire MoneyHero (MNY.US), which is listed on NASDAQ, meaning this transaction will merge two fintech companies supported by Li Ka-shing.

It is reported that Bolttech is conducting due diligence and valuation assessments on MoneyHero, but it is uncertain whether a binding agreement will ultimately be reached.

Last year, Bolttech raised $147 million in a Series C funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $2.1 billion. MoneyHero's revenue began to improve last year and recorded a profit, with the company's current market value reaching $60 million
