# 美聯儲：政府債券吸引力萎縮導致 “自然利率” 上升

> 美國紐約聯儲研究人員指出，自 2019 年以來，全球 “自然利率” 上升約 1 個百分點，主要因政府債券的吸引力下降，貢獻了利率升幅的約 50%。此外，人工智能驅動的生產力增長前景及各國政府債務與 GDP 之比的激增也是推高利率的重要因素。

美國紐約聯儲研究人員指出，自 2019 年以來，全球 “自然利率”（Natural Rate of Interest，又稱 r-star）出現了 “具有統計學意義的上升”，在美國及其他發達經濟體中攀升了約 1 個百分點。政府債券的 “安全性” 和 “流動性” 吸引力下降是主因，貢獻了利率升幅的約 50%。除了國債吸引力下降外，人工智能（AI）驅動的生產力增長前景，以及各國政府債務與 GDP 之比的激增，也是推高利率的重要因素。
