# Sichuan New Energy Power Co., Ltd.: The change in the equity of the controlling shareholder has not yet completed the transfer registration

Sichuan New Energy Power Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Nengtou Group, and Sichuan Investment Group Co., Ltd. have implemented a new merger to establish Sichuan Energy Development Group. After completion, the company's controlling shareholder will change from Nengtou Group to Sichuan Energy Development Group, while the actual controller will still be the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the announcement date, the equity change involving the shares directly held by Nengtou Group has not yet completed the registration transfer procedures with China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and the relevant business change registration procedures have also not been completed. The company will continue to monitor the progress and disclose it in a timely manner
