# NVIDIA releases record quarterly results and optimistic outlook

NVIDIA (NVDA) rose 1% in pre-market trading on Thursday after reporting fourth-quarter revenue of $68.13 billion, with data center sales reaching $62.3 billion (accounting for 91% of total revenue), and projected first-quarter revenue of $78 billion. Due to investor concerns about the sustainability of artificial intelligence capital expenditures, its stock price only saw a slight increase
