# 《大行》高盛升新地目標價至 164 元  上半財年業績符預期

> 高盛報告指出，新地 2026 財年上半年業績符合預期，股息按年升 3% 至 0.98 元，顯示管理層對業務展望信心增強。全年維持派發基礎淨利潤 40% 至 50% 的股息政策，預計全年總股息 3.96 元，按年升 6%。高盛將 2027 至 2028 財年的每股盈利預測上調 2% 至 13%，目標價由 159 元上調至 164 元，維持「買入」評級。

高盛發表報告指，新地 (00016.HK) 去年 12 月底止 2026 財年上半年業績符合預期，並在分析師簡報會上對香港物業業務前景表達更樂觀態度。

報告指，新地中期股息按年升 3% 至 0.98 元，顯示管理層對業務展望信心增強。全年維持派發基礎淨利潤 40% 至 50% 的股息政策。假設 48% 派息率，高盛料新地全年總股息 3.96 元，意味按年升 6%。

考慮到香港部分物業項目略高的發展利潤率，高盛將新地 2027 至 2028 財年的每股盈利預測上調 2% 至 13%，並將目標價由 159 元上調至 164 元，維持「買入」評級。
