# The 30-year fixed mortgage rate in the United States rebounded to 6.12%

Affected by the US-Iran war, the average interest rate for 30-year fixed loans in the United States rose by 13 basis points on Monday to 6.12%.

This rate had fallen to a recent low of 5.99% on February 23 and had largely remained at that level last week
