# WASION HOLDINGS forecasts that last year's consolidated net profit increased by up to 50% year-on-year to 1.06 billion RMB

WASION HOLDINGS (3393.HK) issued a profit warning, stating that the group expects to record a consolidated net profit ranging from RMB 1 billion to 1.06 billion for the year ending last December, compared to a net profit of approximately RMB 705 million for the same period in 2024, representing a growth of 42% to 50%, mainly due to increased sales revenue and the implementation of effective cost control measures
