Shares of the company were up nearly 8.5%, the biggest gainer on the S&P 500 and Nasdaq. \* Centene Corporation ( CNC ) shares were down roughly 16% after the company said it expects continuing headwinds in its operations in the Affordable Care Act marketplace, multiple media outlets reported, citing CEO Sarah London's presentation at the Barclays 28th Annual Global Healthcare Conference.
