**Communication World Network News** (CWW) On March 10, at the 2026 Midea Whole House Smart Strategy Launch Conference, Midea Group announced that it will invest 60 billion yuan over the next three years, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as AI, embodied intelligence, and new energy, to truly bring home appliances into the era of intelligence and AI.

According to Midea, over the past five years, Midea has accumulated more than 60 billion yuan in R&D investment, with over 23,000 R&D personnel globally and 41 global R&D centers established
