# The National Energy Group has established a new company in Tongling

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guoneng Energy Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 2.085 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: solar power generation technology services; wind power generation technology services; research and development of related systems for wind farms; research and development of emerging energy technologies, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Investment Corporation, Guoneng Group Anhui Energy Co., Ltd., among others
