# MoneyMax raises $88m in digital token notes with strong CEO and insiders backing

**The Series 003 and 004 notes raised $63.3m and $25.26m in gross proceeds**

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced the successful close of its Series 003 and Series 004 digital security token notes under its $200m unsecured commercial paper programme.

The Series 003 and 004 notes raised $63.3m and $25.26m in gross proceeds, respectively, and will be listed on the ADDX Exchange on 13 March 2026.

Subscribers of the Series 003 notes included Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan, Executive Chairman and CEO, along with family members and related parties, who collectively subscribed for $26.28m, representing 41.52% of the Series 003 issuance.

Series 004 notes were similarly subscribed by related parties, including Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim and other company insiders, accounting for $16.26m, or 64.37% of the Series 004 issuance.

The board of MoneyMax Financial Services said it will provide further updates if there are material developments in relation to the programme or the notes.

The company’s sponsor for the offering was United Overseas Bank Limited, which reviewed the announcement for compliance with the SGX Catalist rules.
