Chiway announced that on March 16, 2026, the company repurchased its shares for the first time through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, with the number of shares repurchased being 550,000, accounting for 0.05% of the company's current total share capital; the highest transaction price was RMB 3.49 per share, the lowest transaction price was RMB 3.47 per share, and the total transaction amount was RMB 1.913 million
