# Yuzhou Group expects last year's profit to be a maximum of 25.4 billion RMB. Excluding restructuring and revaluation gains, it still recorded a loss

YUZHOU GROUP (01628.HK) updated its profit warning forecast, now expecting a profit of approximately RMB 23.4 billion to RMB 25.4 billion for the year ended last December. Excluding the impact of one-time restructuring gains and revaluation gains, the group will still record a loss for the previous year, maintaining its earlier forecast of an annual loss between RMB 9.2 billion and RMB 11.2 billion
