# The public offering of FS.COM's new shares was subscribed 1,579.71 times, with a 1% chance of winning one lot

FS.COM (03355.HK) announced the results of its IPO, with the Hong Kong public offering receiving 1,579.71 times subscription, and a 1% chance of winning for one board lot (100 shares). The international offering recorded 10.92 times subscription. The final offer price is HKD 41.6, at the upper limit, raising a net amount of HKD 1.559 billion. Shares are expected to be listed on Monday (23rd).

The mainland online DTC network solution provider FS.COM plans to globally offer 40 million shares, with 10% allocated for public offering. The offer price ranges from HKD 35.2 to HKD 41.6. A total of 11 cornerstone investors, including Hao Fund, Great Holding, WT Asset Management, Qianzhan, and SCGC Capital, subscribed for a total of 16.9229 million shares. The last day for the lock-up commitment is September 22, 2026
