# Mobileye received DMS orders from leading U.S. automakers, with stock price surging nearly 5% in pre-market trading

According to Zhitong Finance APP, Mobileye (MBLY.US) announced a partnership agreement for a Driver Monitoring System (DMS) with a U.S. automotive company. Following this news, the company's stock price rose nearly 5% in pre-market trading on Monday.

Mobileye stated in the announcement that this unnamed leading U.S. automotive company will integrate its Driver Monitoring System into future models equipped with the Mobileye EyeQ6L in-vehicle chip. The project is planned to go into production in 2027 and is expected to cover millions of vehicles across multiple models and model years.

Mobileye executive Nimrod Nehustan stated in a statement: "Next-generation intelligent driving requires vehicles to provide richer environmental information from all angles, including road conditions ahead, cabin status, and the interaction between the two. At the same time, automotive companies want to scale advanced driving features across their entire model range without incurring the costs associated with additional hardware or complex system integration. Mobileye's Driver Monitoring System perfectly addresses both of these needs, enabling driver monitoring with environmental perception capabilities on a single advanced driver assistance system chip and electronic control unit platform. This is Mobileye's unique technological advantage, and we look forward to helping our customers achieve large-scale implementation."
