# U.S. Judge Grapples With Review of Venture Global's CP2 LNG Project

On March 24, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit was struggling to determine the extent of factors the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) needs to consider when approving Venture Global's CP2 LNG export terminal project in Louisiana.
