# "Performance" Guotai Junan International's annual net profit increased nearly 2.9 times to HKD 1.345 billion, with a final dividend of 2 cents

Guotai Junan International (01788.HK) announced its 2025 annual results, with revenue of HKD 6.23 billion, up 41% year-on-year. Shareholders' profit attributable surged 287% year-on-year to HKD 1.345 billion; earnings per share were HKD 0.141. A final dividend of HKD 0.02 was declared, along with an interim dividend of HKD 0.05, bringing the total annual dividend to HKD 0.07, an increase of 119% year-on-year, with a payout ratio of 50% (compared to 88% for the previous fiscal year).

During the period, commission and fee income rose 75% to HKD 1.527 billion, while net trading and investment income increased 87% to HKD 2.313 billion. Corporate financing service income surged 1.3 times to HKD 740 million, achieving the best performance in history
