With Premier Care, the company offers a dedicated, concierge-style service for operators running large or complex installations, while the Support Portal gives customers a self-service platform to manage their charger base more independently. ChargePoint Premier Care is positioned as a ‘white glove’ service, providing customers with access to a dedicated expert responsible for overseeing charging operations. Services include, revenue reporting, ‘proactive tracking, and full-service network optimisation,’ as well as case management and support with charger configuration. In parallel, the ChargePoint Support Portal introduces a digital, ‘self-service hub designed to give station owners the visibility, control, and knowledge to resolve issues more efficiently.’ The platform enables users to create and track support cases, monitor progress on parts and labour, and access analytics tools for case evaluation. It also includes a knowledge base with technical guidance and troubleshooting resources. ChargePoint said the portal is initially included with all ChargePoint Cloud Plan subscriptions and is designed to reduce reliance on traditional support channels by enabling faster issue resolution. The two new offerings expand ChargePoint’s existing portfolio of support services, which also includes ChargePoint Assure and ChargePoint Safeguard Care.
