04:55 PM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greenland Technologies ( GTEC ) filed a registration statement Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $200 million of its securities from time to time.

The filing covers the sale of Class A shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants to buy other securities, rights, and units comprising any combination of these securities.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the filing.
