# Langham Hospitality Group signs contract for Ningbo Xiushui Langham Hotel, planning approximately 75 guest rooms and suites

The Langham Hospitality Group announced that it has officially signed a management agreement for The Langham, Xiushui, Ningbo with Ningbo Haixin Holding Group Co., Ltd. The hotel is planned to feature approximately 75 guest rooms and suites, multiple distinctive dining spaces, and private banquet rooms.

This signing further strengthens the Langham Hospitality Group's strategic layout in the East China region. Currently, the group operates the Cordis, Dongqian Lake, Ningbo and The Langham, Ningbo Cultural Plaza, and the addition of the Xiushui Street project will create a complete product line covering three major scenarios: urban core, lakeside resort, and historical cultural district. This move marks Langham's further deepening in Ningbo, an important port city in the Yangtze River Delta, making it the second city in China, after Shanghai, to have three Langham hotels
