# HKT-SS: Wu Weilun appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from HKT-SS (06823), Mr. Wu Weilun has been appointed as the custodian-manager and an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee under the custodian-manager board and the company board, and a member of the remuneration committee and regulatory affairs committee under the company board, effective April 1, 2026
