# RUNHUA SERVICE has passed the acceptance of hospital-related issues through the mainland association

According to the Economic Information Agency on the 1st, RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) stated that it has passed the acceptance of the "Research on the Preparation of Hospital Property Waste Management Standards" project by the China Property Management Association, receiving a "B" level achievement evaluation.

The company mentioned that the project team conducted on-site research on dozens of hospitals under management by preparing a specialized survey questionnaire, obtaining over 700 valid samples, and accurately identifying key issues such as errors in medical waste classification and non-standard operations. Based on the research data, the study innovatively constructed a competency model for medical waste management positions covering four dimensions: knowledge, skills, abilities, and professional qualities, and proposed a three-dimensional enhancement system of "management - operations - technology," achieving standardized control of the entire chain through clear responsibility boundaries, optimized process specifications, and the application of information technology.
