# "Economics" Swiss real retail sales in February rose 0.9% year-on-year, below expectations

The Swiss Federal Statistical Office announced that after adjusting for calendar days, Switzerland's actual retail sales in February increased by 0.9% year-on-year, falling short of market expectations of a 1.5% increase, with the previous value revised to a decline of 0.6%. After seasonal adjustment, it rose by 0.4% month-on-month, with the previous value revised to a decline of 1.6%
