# BUZZ-BRC Group climbs after Q4 profit, revenue jump

Shares of investment bank BRC Group (RILY.O) , formerly B. Riley Financial, climb 1.3% to $7.42 premarket

RILY reports Q4 rev of $278.4 mln, increasing from $178.6 mln a year prior

Most segment revenue rise, with Capital Markets marking a more than 91% jump to $92.6 mln

Reports Q4 EPS of $2.77, up from $0.02 a year ago

FY net debt falls to $627 mln from $1.06 bln ago, due to asset sales, investment appreciation, and senior note exchanges

Up to last close, RILY stock up more than 56% YTD
