Henderson Land (00012.HK) recorded 4 bidding units before the second round of sales for Hung Hom's first phase today (1st), with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 44 million.

Among them, the unit with the highest transaction price is Unit A on the 19th floor, with a usable area of 600 square feet, consisting of four rooms and one suite, with a transaction price of HKD 15.5473 million, and a transaction price per square foot of approximately HKD 25,912; while the unit with the highest price per square foot is Unit G on the 5th floor, with a usable area of 236 square feet plus a 69 square feet private platform, consisting of one room, with a transaction price per square foot of HKD 27,200
