# Skillsoft 第四財季的調整後收益和收入下降

04:42 PM EDT, 04/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skillsoft ( SKIL ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income late Tuesday of $1.26 a share, down from $2.11 a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.27.

Revenue for the three months ended Jan. 31 fell to $130.7 million from $133.8 million a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected $130 million.

Skillsoft ( SKIL ) said that strategic review of the Global Knowledge segment remains ongoing.

Shares were up about 22% in after-hours activity.
