Genius Group (GNS) plans to retire 30.1M shares to reduce public float. Shares are currently held by transfer agent VStock Transfer. The total includes 17.3M unclaimed shares from the ERL asset purchase, 5.5M shares from prior ERL holdings, and 7.4M shares awarded via ICC arbitration.
