# Spirit 的清算對美國航空公司和飛機租賃公司的影響

Goldman analysts published a note on Monday morning following Spirit Airlines' late Friday announcement that it would cease operations, pointing out that the shutdown is a net positive for the broader U.S. airline industry while posing limited risk to aircraft lessors.

Analysts led by Catherine O'Brien told clients, "**We expect this to be positive for the rest of the US Airline industry, which continues to attempt to pass on significantly higher jet fuel prices via higher fares**."
