# 由於財產 - 意外險業務表現強勁，安聯集團的利潤有所上升

Allianz's profit rose in the first quarter, with its property-casualty and asset management portfolios leadingbusiness volume growth.

Europe's largest insurer by market capitalization booked 3.69 billion euros, equivalent to $4.33 billion, in net profit attributable to shareholders, compared with 2.42 billion euros in the same period a year ago.

Total business volume, or revenue, grew 3.5% on an internal basis, to 53 billion euros. The German group said the metric was bolstered by strong development in property-casualty and asset management.

For the property-casualty section, business volume was 28.3 billion euros, with 6.8% internal growth from the year prior.

"Allianz's first-quarter performance reflects the quality of our diversified portfolio," Chief Financial Officer Claire-Marie Coste-Lepoutre said.

The insurer said group operating profit rose 6.6% to record 4.52 billion euros. Median analyst estimates were for group operating profit of 4.37 billion euros, according to company-compiled figures.
