On the analyst side, Barclays upgraded RIG from "equal-weight" to "overweight" on May 7. The stock has been grinding higher over recent weeks, pushing from the mid-$5s as a string of higher lows signals steady dip-buying support. ## FCEL Cools Off FCEL is down 19.2% to trade at $17.24, likely pulling back after **sector peer NextEra** Energy (NEE) made its move for Dominion (D).
