# Sachem Capital 投資者警示：Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC 正在調查 Sachem Capital Corp.的合併 - SACH

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed merger of Sachem Capital Corp. and Industrial Realty Group. Under the terms of the agreement, upon completion of the proposed transaction, Sachem Capital shareholders will own approximately 5.9% of the combined company. KSF is seeking to determine whether the merger and the process that led to it are adequate, or whether the merger is fair to Sachem shareholders.
