# Bank First 將以 2.029 億美元收購 PSB

05:53 PM EDT, 05/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bank First ( BFC ) said late Tuesday it will acquire Wisconsin based state-chartered bank PSB in a $202.9 million all-stock deal.

The deal paves the way for Bank First ( BFC ) to expand into high-potential markets across North Central Wisconsin and the greater Milwaukee area, according to the company.

Clients of both banks will have access to expanded products, services, and features, the company said.

The deal is expected to close in Q4, according to a statement.
