# 哈囉出行更新招股書：Q1 營收同比增長 103.9%，淨虧損 8.36 億元

> 哈囉出行更新招股書，披露了截至 2021 年 3 月 31 日的第一季度業績。

智通財經 APP 獲悉，5 月 5 日，哈囉出行向美國證券交易委員會 (SEC) 更新了 F-1 招股書文件，披露了截至 2021 年 3 月 31 日的第一季度業績。招股書顯示，2021 年第一季度營收為 14.15 億元 (人民幣，下同)，上年同期為 6.939 億元，同比增長 103.9%。

其中，共享兩輪車服務營收為 11.75 億元，上年同期為 6.215 億元，同比增長 89%;順風車業務營收為 1.678 億元，上年同期為 6409.4 萬元，同比增長 161.8%;其他業務營收為 7187.5 萬元，上年同期為 831.6 萬元。

一季度，總交易額為 34.51 億元，上年同期為 16.27 億元，同比增長 112.1%。

淨虧損為 8.36 億元，上年同期錄得淨虧損 6.015 億元;經調整淨虧損為 3.835 億元，上年同期錄得虧損 6.32 億元;經調整 EBITDA 為 1.825 億元，上年同期錄得負 1.052 億元。
