-   全球領先的數字資產雲挖掘服務提供商 BITMAIN 支持的 BITFUFU(FINFRONT Holding Company) 與 ARISZ Acquisition Corp 達成最終合併協議。
    
-   BITFUFU-交易對公司的估值約為 15 億美元的形式企業價值
    
-   BITFUFU-與 ARISZ 收購公司達成協議，導致 CO 在納斯達克公開上市，預期股票代碼為 “FUFU”
    
-   BITFUFU-交易包括 7000 萬美元的完全承諾管道融資，每股 10.00 美元，BITMAIN 和 ANTPOOL 的 LED
    
-   BITFUFU-CO 的管理團隊，由其創始人 Leo LU 領導的 LED，將在交易後繼續運營公司
