據外電引述多名消息人士指，華潤集團與四環醫藥 (00460.HK) 董事長車馮升就聯合將四環醫藥私有化進行初步談判，預期交易估值接近 30 億美元。報道指，華潤集團看中四環醫藥的醫學美容業務快速增長，正計劃將四環醫藥私有化後，再於內地市場上市，以獲取更高估值。報道又指，車馮升或以每股 2.5 元出售手上持股，價格較該公司過去三個月的平均股價 1.53 元溢價超過 60%。四環醫藥午後高見 1.36 元，最新報 1.21 元，升 4.3%，成交 2.2 億股。(gc/u)
