-   AESTHER Healthcare Acquisition Corp-合併後的公司預計將在納斯達克收盤後交易，股票代碼為 EVGT
    
-   AESTHER 醫療保健收購 - 聯合設備將由聯合之星董事長羅傑·韋斯特擔任執行主席，託德·羅曼諾斯基擔任總裁兼首席執行官
