一位直接瞭解交易情況的消息人士告訴路透社，SunTrust Resort Holdings(SUN.PS) 已經與中國銀行 (CHIB.PS) 簽署了一項貸款安排協議，該協議將允許集團明年完成並開始運營一個價值 20 億美元的綜合賭場度假村。

菲律賓擁有亞洲最隨心所欲的賭博業之一，那裏的許多國家都禁止賭博。

Let Group 的賭場項目與國內企業集團 Alliance Global Group Inc.(AGI.PS) 合作，將是馬尼拉的五大賭場之一，也是在拉斯維加斯風格的博彩中心娛樂城運營的第四個 10 億美元的綜合體。
