# 美團－W 擬購聯合創始人王慧文旗下 AI 公司  涉資約 22 億元

> 美團－W 公佈，於 6 月 29 日 (今日) 訂立交易協議，收購光年之外的全部權益，總代價包括現金約 2.34 億美元；

美團－W(03690.HK) 公佈，於 6 月 29 日 (今日) 訂立交易協議，收購光年之外的全部權益，總代價包括現金約 2.34 億美元；債務承擔 3.67 億元人民幣；及現金 1.00 元人民幣。合計摺合約 22.3 億港元。光年之外是 AGI(通用人工智能) 公司，主要從事大型語言模型的研發業務，由美團聯合創始人、前董事及關連人士王慧文創立及控制。目前淨現金狀況總額約為 2.85 億美元。美團指，通過收購事項獲得 AGI 技術及人才，令公司有機會加強其在快速發展的人工智能行業中的競爭力，並更好地履行「幫大家吃得更好，生活更好」的使命。(ha/u)
