新加坡《國家日報》稱，此次收購將包括 Trans-Cab 旗下的 2200 輛出租車和 300 多輛私人出租汽車。

該公司補充稱，收購過程於兩個月前開始，計劃於本週完成，但沒有具體説明與多少消息來源進行了交談。

Grab 沒有立即回覆路透社的置評請求。

這家東南亞領先的叫車和外賣應用在 6 月份宣佈裁員 1000 人，佔員工總數的 11%。(1 美元=1.3221 新加坡元)
