# 比亞迪電子擬 158 億人幣購成都無錫手機零件製造業務

比亞迪電子 (00285.HK) 公佈，訂立框架協議，有條件同意以 158 億元人民幣向捷普電子 (JBL.US) 附屬捷普電路 (新加坡)，收購目標公司 Juno Newco Target Holdco Singapore 的 100% 股權。目標公司於今年 8 月根據新加坡法律成立，即將主要擁有位於成都、無錫的產品生產製造業務，其中包括現有客户的零件生產製造業務，該類活動由賣方及其聯屬公司進行。公司認為，收購事項將拓展集團的客户與產品邊界，拓寬智能手機零件業務，大幅改善集團客户與產品結構，進一步抓住市場發展機遇，增加核心器件產品的戰略性佈局，助推集團產業升級，邁入新一輪的高速成長週期。(jl/t)
