# According to reports, Alibaba's Tmall Genie is planning to change its name and will release a new product next Tuesday.

According to the report from "Shanghai Securities News", Alibaba's (09988.HK) AI smart home brand "Tmall Genie" will be renamed as "XGENIE". The news indicates that the company will unveil a new brand and new products next Tuesday (19th), while the existing products and services will remain unaffected. It is expected that over 10 million sold terminal devices will be able to access AI large models and multiple AIGC capabilities through online upgrades in the future. The report also quotes business information, stating that the main body of Tmall Genie Company was renamed as "Zhejiang XGenie Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd." in May this year. (gc/u)
