# 中泛控股（China Pan Holdings）：Liu Jipeng resigns as an independent non-executive director, trading suspension continues.

News from the Zhitong Finance APP, China Merchants Holdings (00715) announced that starting from September 28, 2023: Liu Jipeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company due to personal work arrangements, and has also ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee; Lu Hua has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to personal work arrangements, and has also ceased to serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee.

In addition, the trading suspension will continue.
