# [Caijing Society Recommendation] Weina Intelligence officially launches the Agentic AI series of innovative products to support the localization of generative AI ecosystem in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Wiener Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Wiener Intelligence) today held the "Agentic AI Product Launch and Ecosystem Alliance Inauguration Ceremony" at Cyberport, showcasing a series of AI technological achievements developed for the Hong Kong market. The event also marked the establishment of an ecosystem alliance with several local and international renowned institutions to jointly promote the localization and cross-domain application of Agentic AI. The event attracted nearly a hundred guests from academia, business, and media.

Professor Liu Qifeng, founder and CEO of Wiener Intelligence and advisor to the Hong Kong Top 100 Research Center, pointed out in his keynote speech that the current shortage of industry interaction data for large model deployment is the main bottleneck restricting the practical application of AI technology. To address this, the company has focused on the field of high-quality large model interaction data generation, developing core technologies such as SYNC (Synergistic Nested Feedback Cycle), ToM (Team of Models), CLAPE (Continuous Learning Algorithm for Prompt Evolution), and CLEF (Continuous Learning from Error Feedback). These technologies help enterprises build high-precision closed-loop AI application systems, achieving synergistic evolution in data generation, model training, and human-machine interaction.

At the event, Wiener Intelligence officially launched three flagship applications, including: Hong Kong's first publicly available free multi-model automatic collaborative general Q&A system "QueWi" (which includes multiple vertical channel systems closely related to daily life), the world's first Microsoft AppSource-optimized professional writing assistant "Wi Writing Copilot" tailored for Hong Kong, and the world's first horse racing Q&A model with statistical analysis capabilities "RaceBot".

Notably, these applications have surpassed several performance metrics of current international mainstream models in testing. Over 99% of the content generated reflects the social context of Hong Kong's "One Country, Two Systems" and patriotism, while over 94% of current affairs information has news-level traceability. The applications also support intelligent aggregation of multilingual content, achieving over 93% accuracy in local noun recognition and real-time writing proofreading, and over 94% accuracy in cross-statistical analysis Q&A for vertical industries (e.g., horse racing).

Liu Qifeng revealed that Wiener Intelligence, established just a year ago, has completed a multi-million-dollar seed round of financing. Sixty to seventy percent of the team members have work experience in Fortune 500 companies, and over 90% are Hong Kong residents. The company will continue to deepen its focus on the local market and leverage resources from its Shenzhen and Beijing branches to accelerate its presence in the Greater Bay Area and markets along the "Belt and Road" initiative.

The launch event gathered several heavyweight guests. Hong Kong Legislative Council member and Chinese University of Hong Kong professor Huang Jinhui pointed out that Agentic AI technology has the potential to break through the current limitations of large model applications by combining language models, planning engines, and mobile agents, advancing AI towards "intelligent agents" with autonomous decision-making and action capabilities. He also emphasized that the Hong Kong SAR government has invested heavily in AI research and application, and future efforts will require collaboration between industry, academia, and research to accelerate technological deployment.

He Yifan, General Manager of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group Asia Pacific, noted that Wiener Intelligence demonstrates three competitive advantages: the ability to balance technical depth with practical application, the synergy between data compliance and innovation, and the flexibility to integrate resources for ecosystem aggregation. She stated that Lenovo's collaboration with Wiener is not just a capital investment but also a strategic alliance, with plans to jointly explore more AI application scenarios in the future.

Liang Ying, Managing Director of Lenovo Capital, added that Lenovo Capital led Wiener Intelligence's seed round investment. The team's self-developed SYNC and ToM systems have successfully constructed a closed-loop architecture for Agentic AI solutions, showcasing the competitive potential of China's original technology in high-standard international scenarios. She also noted that Lenovo Capital has been deeply involved in Hong Kong since 2011, with cumulative investments nearing HKD 1.5 billion, and Wiener is a key part of its "hard tech disruptor" strategic layout.

Qiu Tao, Executive Vice President of China Unicom Global, also stated that data assets will become a key factor in future AI competition. Hong Kong's institutional and environmental advantages in new technology experimentation and data governance will play a greater role in AI infrastructure and application development.

Professor Lin Jing, Chief AI Scientist of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, believes that Wiener's innovations in data generation models address the industry's urgent need for high-quality training data. She emphasized that data is becoming increasingly critical among the three elements of "data, algorithms, and computing power," and its ability to autonomously generate data will be a core driver of future development. She sees Wiener as having the potential to become a local AI unicorn.

Liang Xibo, Business and Technology Director of AsiaNet, shared that Wiener Intelligence's AI solutions are both forward-looking and highly practical, having achieved multiple concrete results in a short time, fully demonstrating Hong Kong's favorable conditions and potential in AI technology transformation and application.

Representatives from partner organizations included Dr. Zheng Songyan, CEO of Cyberport; Dr. Cai Xinfa, Chief Innovation Officer of AIA Group; Mr. Yu Xiaodong, Deputy CEO of SPDB International; Mr. Bi Jinjun, President of Huawei Hong Kong ICT Marketing and Solutions Sales; Mr. Yu Fei, General Manager of H3C Hong Kong and Macau; Ms. Feng Xiaoyun, General Manager of Cisco Hong Kong; and representatives from Professor Guo Yike, Chief Vice President of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Director of the Hong Kong Generative AI Research Center (HKGAI).

At the end of the event, the "Wiener Intelligence Ecosystem Alliance" was officially launched. The alliance, composed of Hong Kong research institutions and multiple enterprises, will facilitate in-depth discussions and resource collaborations to promote AI scenario co-construction, technology R&D, product application, and industry chain cooperation in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Liu Qifeng stated that, taking the collaboration between Wiener Intelligence and HKGAI as an example, Wiener, as an ecosystem partner of HKGAI, will prioritize the application of HKGAI V1 large models in Hong Kong, working with other ecosystem partners to advance the deployment of AI large models and support Hong Kong's development as an international innovation hub.
